 The ONV Cultural Center has announced that the award will be reconsidered after Chinmayi and Parvathi objected to the awarding of the ONV award to Vairamuthu. Will Kerala's highest ONV award be given to a person accused of sexual misconduct? Singer Chinmayi, actress Parvathi and many feminists protested. Actress Parvathy in particular said, “ONV is our pride. His contribution as a poet and songwriter is irreplaceable.  The Government of Tamil Nadu has been actively involved in the prevention of corona and has been involved in various awareness campaigns. As a part of it, the Tamil Nadu government has released a corona prevention awareness advertisement with the film industry

Chief Minister MK Stalin appeared in a recent Corona Prevention Advertisement published by the Government of Tamil Nadu under the theme 'It is the duty of the people to create a corona-free Tamil Nadu and protect us and the people of the country'. Following this, the Tamil Nadu government has released anti-corona awareness advertisements with the film industry.
